PayChex Sucks
We have tried to use Paychex's service over and over again and they never get it right. We have had conference calls, e-mails and multiple calls with people at there organization and no matter what they FIND A WAY to screw it up and every time its something different.
Some days they may forget to call you or e-mail you because each rep has over 300 accounts, then they will deposit the wrong amount, deposit it on the wrong day and a host of other issues that have happend with my company over and over again.
The reality is I don't know who does the hiring but they must be literally going for just a pulse. In 4 months we have had 4 different reps all which have screwed it up almost every single time. They do get it corrected but I have had employees get overdrafts, come screaming at me as well as threaten to file a compliant with the state because of errors they will readily admit. If your looking for a pay service please consider other options.
This is not a suggestion they are bad for everyone but just my personal experience with them from my organization.
